London's Most Trusted Adult Circumcision Clinic
UK's First Dedicated Specialist Adult Circumcision Clinic
About Us
Private Adult Circumcision
As an adults-only circumcision clinic, we treat men exclusively, so the consultation is discreet and unhurried, and we will tell you honestly whether surgery is the right option for you. Most patients are seen and treated as a day case under local anaesthetic.
We treat the full range of foreskin conditions, including tight foreskin (phimosis), cracked foreskin, recurrent balanitis, BXO (balanitis xerotica obliterans) and tight frenulum, with particular experience in diabetic patients.
Procedures are carried out using modern techniques, including glue, stitches and the ZSR stapler, for minimal scarring and a clean, comfortable recovery, with fixed pricing from £700 and no hidden fees.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you use skin glue to close circumcision wounds?
Yes. We use glue for most adult circumcisions and find it gives excellent results. The glue we use is medical grade (Dermabond Advanced™ or Derma+flex®), based on 2-octyl cyanoacrylate. It seals the skin edges without the need for stitches to be removed, which means minimal scarring and a comfortable recovery.
What is the price of adult circumcision?
Adult circumcision starts from £700 with the glue technique and from £780 with the ZSR stapler. Your exact price depends on the method used and any foreskin condition being treated, and it is confirmed in writing at your consultation. Full details are on our pricing page.
Do I have to come for consultation separately?
Not usually. Most patients attend for their consultation and procedure on the same day. A separate video consultation is also available if you would prefer to discuss things first.
What method do you use for adult circumcision?
We offer a choice of techniques, including glue, dissolvable stitches and the ZSR stapler, and select the most suitable one for your anatomy and preferences at your consultation.
Do you do Frenuloplasty or Frenulectomy (Removal of Frenulum)?
Yes. We can perform frenuloplasty or frenulectomy either at the same time as your circumcision or as a separate procedure, depending on your needs.
Do you have an age limit for circumcision?
No. There is no upper age limit, and we routinely treat men of all ages, including those in their 70s and beyond.
What are the risks and side effects?
As with any procedure there are some risks, but most patients recover without any problems. The most common are minor bleeding, infection and scarring. Your surgeon will explain all the risks fully at your consultation, and you will have access to our 24/7 support line throughout your recovery.
How do I care for the wound?
A light dressing is applied to stop the wound sticking to your underwear, and this usually stays in place for around four days. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing for two to three days. You will go home with full written aftercare instructions and a 24/7 telephone number in case you have any concerns.
