Mr Khan offers a one-stop service for foreskin problems, including phimosis, paraphimosis, balanitis, tight frenulum, lichen Sclerosis (BXO) and frenulum breve.
Phimosis is the condition used for a tight foreskin, which means that you cannot pull the foreskin back over the head of the penis. Sometimes it pulls back when the penis is flaccid but unable to withdraw when the penis is hard (erect). Usually, phimosis does not remain the same as with each erection. With minor trauma to the foreskin, this leads to a loss of elasticity due to scarring. In adults, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), Balanitis (foreskin infection), or trauma can be associated with phimosis.
Cleaning the foreskin is vital to prevent infection. It is a good idea to wash the foreskin with mild soap or warm salty water when you take a shower or bath. This will help to keep the foreskin clean and prevent infection.
He has also performed many operative procedures independently, including urological, laparoscopic and neonatal operations. He has extensive experience managing disorders of sex development, buried penis, renal stone and urological conditions.
Adult and child circumcisions include redo, revision, and sutureless (glue) circumcision. Expert in Plastibell and Circumplast circumcision, preputioplasty, and frenuloplasty.
